Orders take between 14-20 business days to arrive after payment is processed and received. This may take longer due to the nature of the item, cost of shipping, and location it is being sent. Please add 5-7 business days for payment processing.

All sales made on Sparkmonkey Inc. are FINAL. Due to the custom nature of our metal art work and the weight, there are NO REFUNDS and NO EXCEPTIONS. But nevertheless, please do not hesitate to contact us if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
